Imagine those who bought at 600k, you still have the leverage to rent at a cheaper price as compared to them. Be it a lousy property or not, there will always be tenants interested to rent due to various reasons.

Yeah, but i dunwan case where owners or tenants that refused to move... Hassles to me..

Yes that is the downside. Maybe getting a good auction agent can help to avoid such issue.

I can't imagine if the two apartments next door will follow suit.

Why don’t you want to park into parking lot?
