All other thread only mention 1000+ units.
Should be similiar concept to parkhill and also lakeville.

Your one should be not this. This only 7 facilities I heard and the swimming pool is at ground floor.

Maintenance fees (0.25 psf) and sinking fund (0.025psf) , so should not having that much of high-end facilities la. smile.gif

Also, heard that this project pre-launch unit (phase one), has been "sold" (tikam) 30% liao....

This may due to the booking fees can be fully refund (before proceed for loan or loan reject cases).....

Good news or bad news? BBB?

Max should be 300k just like Pandanmas 1 & 2.
But the waiting period for approval for balloting is rclxub.gif
