k' i got a problem with buffing up, i eat as much as i can, dont skip meals ( unless i have no choice) , and cant have a strict diet of a body builder. so my meals are mainly hawker stuff and fast food. i excersise like 2-3 times a week for 3 hours, and most times i strain myself to the limit. thus i burn a lot of calories.

i have high metabolism thus even before excersise gaining weight is a problem.....

so any ideas? sure i go to the gym, but no point if i cant bluk up.

I'm talking carbs like rice, oats, pasta, honey, maltodextrin, dextrose, etc. All have their place in nutrient timing.

i had increased my weight from 56kg to 60kg about 1 and half month time. And for all the secret is EAT and EAT.

I would say that my weight increase is not 100% lean muscle mass, and of course i can see my tummy's layer of fat become thicker also. Anyhow, what i did was eat rice.

9am - breakfast
12pm - lunch
2pm - lunch
5pm - lunch
8pm - dinner
11pm - dinner

for all the lunchs and dinners, i had rice. hahah.... it did really increase my weight and increase my strength. Atleast i can DL 120~130lb now... Still keep on increasing.

High GI carbs like rice, maltodextrin and honey are best taken post workout to provoke an insulin spike which is a precursor to growth hormone.

Why not? It just means you're not eating enough. I can easily tell you that more than 90% of the skinny guys here who want to get huge aren't eating enough. They think they are but they aren't. I keep stressing diet is more than 50% of the equation.

You can have the perfect training program but if the diet sucks, forget about growing.

BUT, if you have a sub par training program but your diet is good, you can still gain regardless.
