I want to cut certain scenes from AVI. I've tried many programs from google and download.com .... either got quality loss or audio sync problems.

Anyone know best software?

Thanks for the link.

The XCopy9 did work to copy DVD even the source was DVD9 into DVD5. But serious quality drop was notice with those JPEG blocky effects. I would say if have to re-compress from D9 into D5, use MP4, DivX or XVid will be better. I wish there are program that do not do re-compression and only select and filter off those unneeded size like other audio stream, interview etc.

While about VobEdit, I never get it working. I open the first VOB file as stated, then join it, but it always no actions being done.... sad.gif

Does anyone has other clue on joing VOB or MPEG2 file? icon_question.gif

HAHA! I don't think due to your system, spec all good le!! Better than mine. sad.gif

Back to the topic, it's your video and audio don't sync. Sometimes is like that. Maybe u need to delay the audio abit. Or using other software smile.gif
