Well, I am a fan of Fossil bands, I think they make great leather bands.

Another website you can check is wristsolution.com, its from a LYN member, he brings in RIOS 1931 bands from Germany, quite good price too.

You can try cheapestnatostraps.com. I too used Nato strap before on the Moto 360.

I dont bother, that's for showing off only. Using nato strap daily, can search for cheapestnatostrap.com, bundle deal are quite cheap and shipping was fast.

Tried. The watch face is still go from bright (a few second), then fade off (a few more second), then screen totally black off.
Is this how ambient on works?

It works like this:

When your Ambient Mode ON, as long as you can see it (face you, or lay flat) the "dimmed" mode will appear. When the watch is facing away from you, it will turn black.

Also depend on watchface whether got Dimmed version or not.

I see. No way to make it ALL time on regardless the orientation?

G watch /R got always on function. but is always on "dimmed" mode. But you can use watchmaker to design which to display in dimmed mode.

Higher resolution rclxms.gif But I want extra big battery, and have Ambient Display on all the time. Moto 360 turn off completely when it facing outward where you're not able to peek on it, but cant showing off your smart watch cry.gif

Maybe with higher resolution and bigger battery they can do that, oh with more energy efficient SoC of course. icon_rolleyes.gif
