You are wrong. Supplementary holders can request for separately billing and it is separatel from the principal holder.

I thought that Maxis is having the rebate of RM10 for direct debit:

After clarified from them and took about 5 minutes to get the correct answer. I was told that the rebate is just for one-time off i.e. RM10 in your next bill... wtf....

Sometimes I encountered problem on making calls... slow connecting and connecting but no response there.

The inter-call will be free for firsr 38 hours and the call credit is shared among each others. But minimum must have 10 lines registered.

No, the rates published are per minute basis. Not necessary to multiply again. You should devide by 2 to get 30 seconds rate.

Once your call is connected and and timer is running, you need to pay at least per 30 seconds block. For instance RM0.15 per min for Maxis to Maxis. Once your call is connected, then you have to pay RM0.08 if your call is < 30 seconds.

That is to let you know that all calls are charged based on 30 seconds block. The rates published are PER MINUTE basis.
