Banker will only ask for health related question if insurance is attached to the mortgage

Why not buy out the sister portion by refinance it?

Everyone has 2 quota of 90% margin so if joint name mean each left with only 1 quota, also no dispute now will not guarantee no in the future

If sell during lock-in period either pay the penalty or just wait till end typically 5 yrs from 1st disbursement. Islamic banking will not have lock-in period

Best to maintain cc utilization below 50% if not 30% otherwise bank will under impression u fallback to cc for survival, outstanding as of last day will be capture and reflect in following month-whatever outstanding sum capture bank will based on 5% as commitment sum. Cancellation of cc will reflect the following month otherwise pls push the bank to submit asap or show the cc cancellation letter as proof in lieu
