I think it's not about environment, but whether ppl can afford such high rental or not. Rental everywhere is going down... everyone is cutting cost. And supply more than demand. There you go...

I dont have the details of the discussion that leads to locking the Cyberjaya thread.
But I think mod should ban the user rather than lock the thread. Best part is it being locked without even mentioning the reason and the discussion history over 2-3 days removed. More like bias treatment for that thread.

I remember it was mentioned previously that the land is rubber and oil palm estates..but this is contradicting.

If not mistaken belongs to the bandar nusaputra developer. Their existing developed project is near the bridge that collapsed last time. The piece u highlighted also is theirs.

And I don't think the road there will link to lingkaran putrajaya highway. If any road extension there it will be a bridge to cross the highway into puchong (near the pool villas by Metrogen).

We all knew which is ropponggi. This land is not, it's under PHB. I wonder too what's the plan for it since clearing is done just recently.

U r comparing landed on island unit with low rise condo? Or mainland unit wf island units?

Facilities wise, mainland has the same too except that they don't have the island type of lake. Lepironia has their own water features too which is very beautiful.

I was told by SA that the windows provide good sound proofing? Anyway, not necessarily back facing highway then noisy, all those beside the fence r just beside the road...internal road also alot of cars.

That's my concern too when selecting a unit. Prefer unit in the middle rather than those along the fence. Anyway, worst case can always invest a bit to do soundproofing for the windows. The internal road already with speed bump, so it's not as bad as facing a highway.

Let's just wait for the launch. I wonder how they will price it. This island is the best in my opinion for SEG. Just beside the bund and away from highway.
