Visited the new sales gallery this afternoon.
Very nice and grand. But it is actually not ready. Saw alot of gardening work still being done. Fountain in front of the gallery still under construction. And construction on going at the back for the show unit of Kamares. But overall, I think this is going to look superb when completed. Found out that all 8 island will be fence up. Fencing will follow the island 1.5m wide walk way. Length of the walk way for the entire stretch is about 4km long. There will be a divider to separate SEG waterways from the Taman Tasik Cyberjaya, which is a public park. The 4km walk way will be on this divider, so you can actually walk across the other side of the island parcel. But you can't access other parcel as the walk way lead to the guard house and your access card only grants you access to your parcel e.g. Isle of Kamares resident cannot walk into Charms of Nusantara residents. Vice versa. On the divider between SEG and Taman Tasik Cyberjaya, they will build a man made beach for the island residents. Called Sunshine ... something. The island parks and waterway will be maintain by the residents form JMB. Will not be hand over to Majlis Sepang. Overall, lovely. Attached thumbnail(s) |

Regarding the man made beach.
Would have prefer if they made an observation deck there with a nicely landscape park instead of a man made beach. Since most island parcel have very little open space for gardens with the exception of Isle of Kamares, having a bigger garden instead of a man made lake would be nice. And the garden is within walking distance of all the 8 island, so all residence there will be able to enjoy it. The observation deck will have a great view of the entire SEG and also Cyberjaya Lake Park. Just my 0.02 cents. |
