When more and more people move in, good news will spread fast, especially when friends visit you in cyberjaya, and they will notice the goodies of cyberjaya.. and will fall in love with it... so just wait for it to blossom..

Earlier rawang large scale development, and ended up many abandon project and many empty house.. So very early buyer are having big down time, for more than 20 years.. And only recently, during this property pick up, due to high price in the city, people started to look at rawang.. Only then it become alive.. If u ask the investor 20 years ago at rawang if they make any profits after 5-10 yrs of investment? I think even rental also not attractive..

So not necessary long term all project can make beautiful profits..

Cyberjaya although have a history of 20 years, but the project like cyberia still making beautiful rental..

this is because the collapse bridge are still not complete repair, so people from puchong, especially bandar nusaputra, aman putra, taman putra perdana, meranti jaya, bandar bukit puchong, taman puchong utama, are using SEG bridge to make U turn instead of going to cyberjaya to make a U turn.. Mostly are exiting putrajaya toll for ELITE Highway...

So to SEG residence, this is just temporary until collapsed bridge fully operational... management dont have to do anything, sooner or later, it will restore to normal.. and SEG bridge will remain quiet again..

But really many people are making illegal U Turn instead of using proper roundabout to U turn.. sometimes dont understand why people are turning like that.. making U turn at roundabout isnt that difficult..

haha, not fight with other areas... also fight within cyberjaya area? As long as comfortable staying by the owner.. SEG or SH all are the same..

Also, look at the orange road, in the attachment.. in future there is another road to puchong, not only through collapse bride at SSP2. As for now the orange road beside SEG link to nowhere..
