I love the design and concept. The landscape and facade so beautiful. Dont mind getting unit either facing lake or central garden. Last month every night after buka puasa i will ask my husband to drive slowly at seg area, just to enjoy the light 🥰🥰

We almost bought IOB-atyca, during the soft launch last year...but that time i didnt know much about how beautiful SEG. And another reason there are only 3room and dont have family area upstairs.
