no lah...usually developer starts to build show units before the parcel is launched......

not after pre launch then see if got demand then only build show units

SEG streetscape wise...its similar to Ecopark in a way. but density wise more compact.

but setia has learnt how to control natural waterways...therefore water element in SEG will be much better than the teh tarih state of ecopark.

lets wait n see if SEG can win Fiabci award for bestest residential development in the world or not.....if yes, they are same par with ecopark and DPC lioa...

the reno end lot definitely either belongs to the owner of main contractor or director of setia.....

they did that in ecopark too.....lagi changed the front façade unlike any other units.........si beh keng chou.....

but ecopark is ind title...less enforcement.

there is nothing fair in this world.

setia whoa...what you expect??? another local developer nia.

they will fix whatever you fill in as the cost is beared by main contactor. they dun really care......

their goal is "if you can find the defects, they will fix it. If you don't, good luck". There seems to be no prior inspection between developer and main contractor wan......

the higher the hope....the more painful it felt.....

from my limited property experiences.....

highrise....UOA.... icon_rolleyes.gif

but dun expect fancy buildings and acres of landscaping from these developers but their finishing are good rclxms.gif
