To me so far yes . It's a nice surrounding. Nice place to stay. If I want to stay in sejati type of housing I could have stayed in USJ or Puchong

From the little info I got I think semi and bungalow. This particular parcel has interesting history. Initially handpicked by tan sri . He reserved this parcel for himself, for his own stay the whole island. When he quit sp, he sold it. So in a way I think this parcel will be the most expensive one

In from SEG Rimba as well. No slight noise at night from distant highway but only if u open your sliding door. Since I sleep with air cond every night no I dun hear any. Way more quiet than Subang houses

To me it’s not a scam? That’s a defect which is well covered under sp Setia extended defect coverage . Hopefully he meant that

Yes it’s near ex mining townships such as puchong and serdang but cyberjaya itself was an estate call Prang besar . It’s surrounded by townships such as puchong serdang and nearby sunway which used to be ex mining sites which explains why those mining sites became leasehold property if it was directly on mining site and cyberjaya is freehold as it was an estate.
I’m not familiar with talks of puchong sunway and so on sinking
