the only area that managed to convert from lishold to freehold is USJ one.....few projects there......originally sold as lishold….later converted to freehold whereas the rest of USJ 1 still leasehold. Dergaahayu project is one of those converted to freehold. BUt I am not sure if this is to do with ex tin mining land.
