SEG landed price are still holding despite the current pandemic. It has dropped before the pandemic, so when the pandemic came, the drop was much lesser than anticipated.

Personally, go for the landed now, especially the earlier launches as the land size are bigger and you won't find such launches in the future anymore. The recent launch matching SEG is Sejati Lakeside 26ft wide units but very limited units.
Length still SEG the longest at 95 or 85 ft compare to SL which I think is 80ft.

I actually see very small price increment in certain parcels. Vittaria and lilia seeing some price increment for non bumi units.
