just go and register at club house as owner.

for strata properties, I dun even think you need to register. If you managed to pass thru the security gate as resident, you can use the facilities jor.

to use as weekend home, you still need to 'almost' fully furnished the house.
AND
if you already stayed in klang valley currently, why bother to go to cyber to enjoy the weekend home? I really dun see the benefits.

Someone said got two leloong last yr. Dunno smd or other type.

But better chance in sh n mirage.

But cyber is control fh. Non bumi cant buy bumi unit. Otherwise lelong landed will be extremely hard to come by.

Nevertheless why need to wait for lelomg? Prices in subsale now not that bad also.
