Many buyers of seg lui li garden phase 1 are flippers...
In desperate time like now...they will have to sell low to reinvest their capitals. This has nothing to do with travel time to kul or blossom of seg. Phase 2 mostly ownstayers. |

Phase 1 move in ppl might be rent paying tenants....all my friends that bought eco glades non of them moved in. |
