It's ironic. I've uni mates who had better grades but now have fallen behind in salary scale, due to different job paths.

Grades doesn't matter i guess.

Grades (like certs) are just for that entry point. Thereafter, they are on their own.

Even so, if good grades are not used wisely to capitalise on that entry point, it's a waste eg. join a non-MNC

Know double-degree holders faring worse than single degree holders.

some of the people rely on "lobang" instead of finding a job from classified.

he doesn't really mean that la...I hope sweat.gif
from my experience...women as ever, will side with their own gender more. What I mean is, if you have a lady boss, its easy to please her...and she will side more towards the female employees than the men. Although I wouldn't say that the men are completely left aside or anything. Just that generally, women have better position than the guys coz they have "backup". smile.gif

If got lady boss, scary ..... more than likely, they tend to be dragon lady or have inferiority complex, bite you when you least know it. Luck would give you a nice boss, one who supports you all the way and gives good opportunities.

I beg to differ.Everyone has different preferences.I have friends who say they prefer fresh grads.I have friends who prefer paper qualifications.I even have friends who rather take someone who's very involved in societies during their study days than a degree holder. Its all depends on the person who's interviewing you.

My friend only asks 3 questions,Blood type, number of siblings, and what kind of sports activities he/she plays. He won't tell me why,but he says this 3 is enough to find out the person behaviour and attitude. He doesn't care about studies and things.Mind you,its an MNC.

Just because i'm 21 years old it doesn mean i don't have any senior level executives as friends.FYI,i'm not those typical kid that goes to school and college then graduate and work. No,i'm not.Do not judge someone just based on their age.U will make urself look like a fool out there.Nuff said.
