I beg to differ.Everyone has different preferences.I have friends who say they prefer fresh grads.I have friends who prefer paper qualifications.I even have friends who rather take someone who's very involved in societies during their study days than a degree holder. Its all depends on the person who's interviewing you.

My friend only asks 3 questions,Blood type, number of siblings, and what kind of sports activities he/she plays. He won't tell me why,but he says this 3 is enough to find out the person behaviour and attitude. He doesn't care about studies and things.Mind you,its an MNC.

maybe what the interviewer desires is not the actual answer itself but the way he answers it? Or something else unsure.gif

Wrong.xD

Knowing your blood type probably shows that you're at least somewhat concerned about your own body. Most people don't know their own blood type.

Having siblings may indicate that you are aware of family dynamics.

Blood type can roughly tell what kind of person you are.
Yes,the answer to the family question is true.

If let say somebody got luck to join a highly potential big company and with high salary. If that person do not perform well during probation or work, no matter how good the luck is and how good that guy bluff and show off his skills during interview, what will happen? do not complain to your emplyer why no increase in salary...

My point is, not just luck and cert....

is  LUCK+CERT+EXPERIENCE+COMPANY+YOURSELF=SALARY

*.* If u dont get high salary, maybe u lack or weak of those particular.
THanks...

Basically, in an interview you have to sell yourself.High enough but humble enough. Its just a thing with skills. No matter how preapared you are, there's always people that's greater than our ownself. We can only do our best.

Just because i'm 21 years old it doesn mean i don't have any senior level executives as friends.FYI,i'm not those typical kid that goes to school and college then graduate and work. No,i'm not.Do not judge someone just based on their age.U will make urself look like a fool out there.Nuff said.
