not a very good timeline for this project
was launched when WCT was still WCT in its prime.... and in the midst of construction WCT was fully bought by Malton boss and all the original founders left...

Even rent out also big issue if potential tenants see it....

But maybe related muhyiddin? Or Anwar? Or DAP as well?

SA said Maple showroom launching soon. Layout and security structure looks good, the location is good also. Considering to get one. Visited and asked around about Waltz also. Saw the wavy wall, happened to my previous condo too, it can be rectified, so no worry. For as long as developer is proactive in rectifying defects, no major structural issue, then is considered okay. WCT still have a looong journey to go in this region, hope they build their city with diligence. As for Maple.. is the first project after the WCT/Malton union, let's hope for the best I shall observe first, judge later.

Totally agreed with this and therefore decided to cancel my booking on Maple. The internal staff kept telling me it is different architect and management for Maple but it does not provide me the reasoning for them to allow what was happened in Waltz.

Even Malton vs wct under different management, poor workmanship is poor lar. What a lame excuse from agentπ That kind of defects how to rectify, hacking the RC wall or just simple touch up? π Maybe buy 1 maple free 1 Park sky then okayβΊοΈ
