I'm also looking forward for the developer to rectify these artistic walls. Hope they won't deem it as architect design of waltz else it is really embarrassing. Never seen such walls before so far for other condo projects. There's nothing to be proud of this condo except for that affordable luxury sky pool πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Workmanship very bad, who is the contractor?

not a very good timeline for this project

was launched when WCT was still WCT in its prime.... and in the midst of construction WCT was fully bought by Malton boss and all the original founders left...

Alot of defects and slow in repairing. Might be due to MCO and laying off workers.Β  mega_shok.gif

Will developer contractor able to rectify all the defects nicely?
I don't think so, some defects are not able to settle byjust simple touch up. Need to hack and recast. Will contractor do so for you? In doubt..........

Workmanship is bad enough already yet the management office is giving more headaches to the owners. I doubt they can even fully fixed the defects this year, owners who had move in now have to withstand the drilling sound from the contractor until 10pm everyday to rush on fixing the defects.

What's more worrying is those flying objects everytime it rains as you can see from the picture. The architect did not thought of the reinforcement of the building structure to withstand strong rain and windy weather πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ everything they do now is an afterthought and complaints from residents

Flying chairs not related to architect... But maybe related muhyiddin? Or Anwar? Or DAP as well?

You sure fully bought by Malton (big boss for Pavilion)??
If so why still so bad quality? Cut budget? Is Malton also facing financial issue recently due to the pandemic and over developing projects? confused.gif

SA said Maple showroom launching soon. Layout and security structure looks good, the location is good also. Considering to get one.
Visited and asked around about Waltz also. Saw the wavy wall, happened to my previous condo too, it can be rectified, so no worry.
For as long as developer is proactive in rectifying defects, no major structural issue, then is considered okay. WCT still have a looong journey to go in this region, hope they build their city with diligence.
As for Maple.. is the first project after the WCT/Malton union, let's hope for the best smile.gif
I shall observe first, judge later.

The so called 'completion' project-Waltz with that kind of quality, the developer also cannot rectify it properly, u think worth to bet for their next coming project? haha..you're so daring..Unless the market is up up up!!

Regardless of what reasons, Maton has no excuse from the Waltz's poor quality since they had bought over WCT much earlier before the project handover...

Eye-opening. I thought WCT is an okay developer based on my parents comments. But that was probably before the founders left.

Indeed eye opening..my unit itself has more than 160 defects which takes 60 days to rectify. Definitely no more projects from them next time. The first and the last after witnessing the built quality on my individual unit and common areas. I'm speechless and even embarrassed to show my friends around this affordable luxury condominium..

Totally agreed with this and therefore decided to cancel my booking on Maple. The internal staff kept telling me it is different architect and management for Maple but it does not provide me the reasoning for them to allow what was happened in Waltz.

Quite a number of the units are having the water leaking issue and also affecting the common areas. The car park also flooded everytime it rains. Not sure how is the architect design this building. Completely lost trust in wct projects for all the shortcomings at waltz

Flood of this kind is serious.
