SA said Maple showroom launching soon. Layout and security structure looks good, the location is good also. Considering to get one.
Visited and asked around about Waltz also. Saw the wavy wall, happened to my previous condo too, it can be rectified, so no worry.
For as long as developer is proactive in rectifying defects, no major structural issue, then is considered okay. WCT still have a looong journey to go in this region, hope they build their city with diligence.
As for Maple.. is the first project after the WCT/Malton union, let's hope for the best
I shall observe first, judge later.

It just caught my attention seeing those defects la. My previous purchase of same range property has the same issue, the wall, even worse. It was fixed. --> allow me to give some message of hope, okay?

One of those in Bangsar South. This was some years ago la, of course we have to endure the rectification process for few weeks.

I don't keep pictures of wall for years 😅
Anyway, just putting my word here and hopefully developer see it and fix for you all.
