But almost all units are sold, Sg Long really has many rich man and they have confident on this developer's workmanship. However anyone buy Taming's project don't expect large green area/beautiful garden they just simply utilise every inch of empty land except compulsory by government.

visited the showhouse. it is indeed HUGE! however, personally dont really like it as the proportion of room vs washroom was out. The washrooms are too small in a house of that size. Just personal preference though.

I can't remember seeing any superlink with bathtub, unless the owner install it later. No bathtub for Pearl Residence Mahkota Cheras, Taming Indah 3, Alam Damai - Taman Impian, Taman Citra, Sutera Residence (Bukit Belimbing), Good View (Sg Long), Senja (BRDB at Mines South Lake), etc

why????? BMC is not too far from BMC....and SG long doesn't have enough place for new market...so, I agree with the planning...

I see..but that market had caused traffic jam and rubbish around that area...I think its time to solve those problem.
