actually that empty land is supposed to be the wet market but SHL never built one as they are too shortsighted. they only think: what can earn instant profit: like a service apt, and what is needless cost. they dont see building a market can boost the value of the township, improve their brand name, and also earn them recurring income from stall rental and carparks.

and of course dear mpkj doesnt enforce the township planning that requires wet markets

now oledy congested..weekend cant even find a parking during morning to have a good and peaceful breakfast....mahkota is better choice...commercial area is huge and make it not so crowded
