My current MY offered pay to my SG pay is 1:2. Rm to Sgd. Your pay would depend on the local rate of your new job, not % of your previous jobs.

I do construction. No low supply in SG but only low wage in my hometown.

Sigh you two good la, can find job, got counter offer for several jobs. I cannot even go and find job, bonded for 4 more years, 6 months NCC some more. My boss say I next in line for his place but don't look like he going to die anytime soon.
