Yes, it's existing. About 800-1000 m to reach the LRT station.

The bridge needed is to join to Kesas.

I think Kesas wont allow to join.

There is already bridge from ParkLane to LRT
and the government will make sure you pay toll before entering bukit jalil or OUG, the interchange will never exist.
