after station awam besar complete, the proposed road link bukit oug to  jalan jalil perkasa 1, do you think parklane oug owner still use the new interchange with toll?

the demand will not sufficient to bare the cost.
*
The demand will still be very high because :-

1. OUG parklane has a huge number of units.
2. The road from Muhibbah LRT station to jalan jalil perkasa and finally to Kesas is expected to be super jam.

There is already  bridge from ParkLane to LRT
and the government will make sure you pay toll before entering bukit jalil or OUG, the interchange will never exist.

Prasarana: Ampang Line LRT extension Phase 1 on track for October launch

KUALA LUMPUR, March 7 — The light railway transit (LRT) line extension project for Ampang Line is on track and the first phase is scheduled to be operational by the end of October 2015.

In a statement today, Prasarana Malaysia Bhd said the second set of the eight new six-car light rail vehicles (LRVs) for the Ampang Line arrived today and had been transported to the Ampang LRT depot for inspection before undergoing testing and commissioning.

The first phase of the project would extend the existing Ampang Line to four new stations — Awan Besar, Alam Sutera, Muhibbah and Kinrara BK5.

“We are on track to have the first eight of the contracted 50 sets of six-car trains for operations in October," said Prasarana Malaysia Bhd Group Director for Project Development, Datuk Ir Zohari Sulaiman.

Zohari said the third and fourth set of six-car LRVs were scheduled for arrival at the same time next month.

The Ampang Line Extension starts from Sri Petaling Station and passes through Kinrara, Puchong and ends at Putra Heights.

The extension is 18.1km long with 11 new stations.

Combined with the existing line, the total length of Ampang Line after the completion of the LRT Line Extension Project will be 45.1km. — Bernama

Haha true.

Among the Phase 1 ( 4 stations ), I only see Sta 1 ( Awan Besar ) is ready ... Sta 2 to 4, all in Kinrara looks like rushing job to complete it till rooftop and test the trains bfore operation in 6 months time.

Since the trains are ready, then I think 9 mths is sufficient time as I believe 3 mths is more than enough to complete current station structure.

If we read the wordings it seems they are talking about launching it in phases, ie first phase is upto kinrara bk 5, ie October for phase 1. Full stretch will take longer time.

Just moved in to orange block 3 days ago. Something wrong with the plumbing, kitchen area sink is clogged. Water is not draining at all and almost flooded my yard. Complained to management, no people come to fix yet. Haizz.. And the bathroom/toilet got strong sewerage smell in the day time, night time less strong. rclxub.gif

I heard that the akisama management force owners to sign the vacant possession letter but don't let you check the condition of the house without signing.

some owners signed and waited 2 months but still no repairs yet.
