Again Wenger's tactics is fully questionable.
Giroud would've been useful defending set pieces in what would be a PREDICTABLE aerial barrage from Liverpool, yet he took him off instead of Welbeck at a time when we needed someone to hold on to the ball well on his own up front and stall time. Chambers just isn't cutting it at the moment. It was his lapse that allowed Skrtel to run free. Again its two points thrown away considering the circumstances. The only positive was a magnificent display from Santi. Glad to see our diminutive Spaniard back on form. |
