Well the thing about Arteta/Flam is one is a creative midfielder who reads the gameplay well and another one is a headless chicken. And Coq is the worse version of flamini.
Arteta+flam might work (but I hate it), but if you put 2 headless chickens together, instead of break the opponent's play, they might break each other's leg
