Bad network coverage in your area OR there is a problem with the reception with your phone.

Actually, I got few response upon my WT Swap tread, but none of em' brand new unit
All were used one, sigh..

There is a possibility of device problem too...
My previous iPhone 5, had this problem and very very very frequent drop calls too

After claiming warranty and got a replacement unit...all was good then

If ure area of coverage is good and u r still experiencing this...I suggest u send in for warranty claim

Yup, best way to test is if u have a spare phone pop your sim card in there or if friend/relative with same maxis line nearby can test signal quality side by side...

honestly as a prospective buyer myself, i malas edi wanna go hunting for a phone which is already overpriced as it is. apple should be wooing me to buy the phone, not the other way round. so nowdays i dont bother checking unless maxis calls me. until then, if i see a better phone, ill just jump ship...

after all its just a phone which we will get bored off after 1mth of usage.

Same here. If I walk past maxis outlets I will just ask, if don't have I just walk away. I'll probably get a 16GB one soon. Sign a one year contract and sell the phone when the contract is up.

Those who preordered probably did. Those who are walking in and still can't find 64GB ones probably fed up liow, hahaha...

I don't think the 64GB phones are available at the moment. I checked a couple of hours ago and was told the next shipment is only coming in end Jan 2015.

I'm still undecided whether to go for Maxis iValue simple $50 or stick with prepaid. I calculated it's not much difference from buying outright at Apple online store; hence waiting for the red sales. Then again with maxis postpaid, can do EPP 0%.

I think the savings for iValue simple is negligible, not worth tying yourself to a 1 year contract. Might as well buy the device outright at Apple Store.

I'm going for iValue 1 coz my data usage averages about 2GB per month. The free minutes more than enough to use for me
