When i received, the box is ok and completely sealed. As a gift so i didnt open it straight away.

Then when i reach home, saw a horizontal crack lines on the screen.

Saw a spot crack spot on the screen also. Think is somethings heavy knock on the screen, cos apple only use the outer box to protect the screen.

Called hotline, ask me go report at maxis center. Hotline also not sure what is the exact solution for this.

I guess the staff handling the stocks at BS warehouse are not so careful. My Iphone 6 Plus 64GB Gold set had 2 dent marks and when I unboxed it, I found the cardbox holding the phone to be bent. I guessed they must have mishandled the phone or something. Very unprofessional. shakehead.gif

For me, money saved from the subsidies makes it less painful when I have to sell the phone off during the next upgrade, hehehe...

So did you go to a maxis centre and gave them hell for it?

I'm still waiting for maxis also. Left my name at maxis centre almost 3 weeks ago. Waiting for a call. Might call the guy and check again tmr.

Bro,  which centre did you leave your name at? I asked one centre and they said no such service provided.

My friend did with Maxis Taman Tun and he finally got his phone last weekend.

nvm la.. since i mmg plan to get from maxis, have to wait la. but give time frame til january. if still cant get means planning to buy from different telco.

u can register at maxis taipan. u need to fill up a form with ur photostated IC and prefered iphone model. Registered last saturday and hope to get the call soon.

Sorry.. Typo. The damage was on the box and the plastic phone holder inside the box.
