long time no cheap mod d, now every new mod talking 4 figures or even 5 figures

Any suggestion on tinting for front windscreen? Father screwed up my tinting by sticking my road tax direct on it then peeling it off. Called Ecotint and 3M and was quoted RM700. A bit too expensive for me.
