I made online refund request on 18 Feb for my NFC card. And I just saw TnG emailed me yesterday 10 March.
I want to faint when read about documents needed to process refund. Go police station make police report & photo of the card???

Thank you for your recent refund request, which you’ve made via our Touch ‘n Go website/portal.
First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the delay in reverting to you, on the outcome of your request. Upon reviewing your application, we regret to inform you that your request has been put on hold, pending further submission of additional documentation(s).
For your refund to be processed, you are required to provide the following documents (compulsory) for our verification purposes -:
i. Copy of IC / MyKad.
ii. Selfie with IC / MyKad that clearly shows customer face in the IC and customer face in the selfie.
iii. Picture of the card(s) of the refund request.
iv. If item (iii) is / are lost, kindly make a police report of the lost, stating all the MFG or card(s) number(s) in the said report. All cards must be registered under the customer’s name.
v. Reload receipts for all the card(s) customer wants the funds to be refunded.
Kindly provide the requested documents, which you can submit to this email address:- refundinquiries@touchngo.com.my within 7 days of the date of this letter, failing which, we will conclude that you no longer would like want to proceed with your refund request.
