Congratulations!
Your RFID fitment appointment has been scheduled.

You will need to reload your Touch 'n Go eWallet to pay for toll once your fitment is complete.


I booked my fitment appointment on 15Sep PM as I'm travelling coming weekend sad.gif

Look like TNG is not in hurry to get tester on board

I'm sure installation will not take long time, but it's the documentation that their need to do before installation

Nice cash back on purchases
I normally use Boost for KK Mart purchase and get bonus shake aka cash back

Now I can use TnG e wallet for payment

If you decided to use back the card, go to TnG hub to reactivate back.
But be warn, there's reactivation fee for every single year lapse

The longer, the more expensive reactivation fees are.

Still no news on physical card link to e-wallet

Just now few hours ago, I saw someone posted a photo TnG banner saying TnG card that link to e-wallet no need worry about run out of credits ... The amount will deduct from e-wallet when TnG card credit become zero

When I wan to revisit again, to read more comments, the post missing.

If this feature is enabled
Mean forever no need to reload my physical card already

Here come tricky situation:
I have 2 cards added into e-wallet

When both cards become zero, both will start utilise e-wallet money...
I hope TnG foresee this to know which transaction belong to which card

This is only apply to TnG physical card payment right ?
Fares deducted from your wallet when physical card balance become zero right ?

There's no opt out button nor remove card in the new updated app

Btw, read on the terms, we know physical card own by CIMB (shareholder) and e-wallet is JV between AliPay and CIMB

Thus we as consumers have to tick n agreed in info sharing between companies
That's y sync between wallet n card facing many challenges

So the fare is deducted both way...
Look like By default, deduct from E-wallet...
