another question, since it's a clubcard+tng, did they asked you to register your information on it after purchase? so it will officially replace your previous clubcard? or both can be used at the same time?

Yes, i paid RM8 for a zero balance card+ vouchers+ rm2 reload, and i registered the card as a new member, if you have a club card, you'll only pay RM5 though

if that's the case, you should have signed up for the normal clubcard (for free) first and then only convert to clubcard+tng for rm5. save rm3 lor! lol...

As they already have the new clubcards, they no longer offer the free old clubcards

how come Alec.Yong said that tesco kepong doesn't accept cc for tng reload?

i tot current clubcard will get free upgrade as my case, no?

btw i'm not a so-high-spender at tesco. going to tesco also like, once in 2 months lol

i saw in Tesco's fb someone asked about reload to other tng cards without service charge.

from the reply from Tesco, it is allowed.

the usual questions are, which Tesco outlet accepts cc to reload tng

Received my Tesco Clubcard with TnG too.
Tried to link the new clubcard to my Tesco online account, but failed.
Called the CS at 1300 number behind the card and got the following info to share with all:
1. Old clubcard is linked to new clubcard.
2. Old card's points will be transferred into new card and just continue with new card.
3. Swipe new card to activate and then call CS to link to online account.
4. Can reload TnG without charges but CASH only. Min is RM10.
5. Can pay purchases in Tesco via TnG at dedicated counters only.
6. No new card (with TnG) will be issued to replace Supp Card. Continue to use old supp card.
