Noob question, do plus highway have minimum balance requirement for tng card?

If I already linked my TnG card to my TnG e-wallet and I have enough e-wallet balance but not enough TnG card balance, can I still go through a toll using TnG card? Theoretically from the sound of it I should be able to, but I've never been able to verify it.

For Plus, Nkve u need to use tng card. For duke using ewallet. Not sure when they going to solve the directpay thing. So mafan

So for PLUS, which I mostly use, I can still go through even with low card balance right? The system will deduct from my e-wallet balance directly?

Plus will deduct from tng not tng ewallet. So make sure your tng card reload lor

I'm just here to vent.

Stupid PayDirect double-dipped on my toll twice.

On ewallet and my card balance. Luckily only RM5 in total. So I'm disabling it. Too mafan to claim refund.

I heard it happened to one of my mutuals on Twitter. Thought that she's just unlucky. She claimed refund cos it was more than RM50 for an airport trip.

I get angry thinking about how many others like me. The amount is too small for refund, but if thousands like me experience the same thing. It means that they just take your money like that through PayDirect.


In Malaysia monopoly creates incompetence.

Any idea how to remove paydirect feature from card?

all these while can remove the tngcard from tngewallet.

if tng card is not linked, paydirect wont work. tngcard and tngewallet/rfid would work independently.
