You can always log a report/complaint at BNM. But you need to get your proof and statement right.

As other forumers said, the right to offset is in your contract, so there is nothing you can rant about. But for the delay of not able to access your account after deduction of payment, this you can certainly file a report.

You are at the mercy of RHB Bank Officer..

Even if you owe RHB Credit card , RHB still has the right to deduct outstanding amount directly from your RHB account..

It is all in the agreement especially the fine print..
