good to see someone from glassesonline replying here... i know rayban is manufactured by luxottica... can u pls look at my first post and tell me why there are so many flaws at the rayban i purchased from u? does it look 100% authentic to u?

Dear stuffx,

I did go through your pictures sent and hence needed to know when did you purchase your first Rayban sunglasses. From the pictures uploaded, the casing is in a different colour which means that this must have bee an older model. To clarify, we can confirm that our products sold are 100% authentic. As for flaws you have highlighted, it could be attributed to Luxottica's quality control.

i bought my first RB3025 about 2 years ago..

well maybe it's due to luxoticca QC as per your claim... but it is not acceptable to me.. i dont like "authentic sunglass" that does not meet the authentic quality ..i have sent email to info@glassesonline.com.my asking for return & refund... smile.gif

Comparing products purchased years ago and comparing it with today's purchase is not ideal as Luxottica will have their differences in production cycle. I have yet to receive my full refund after returning the sunglass to glassesonline on 3-12-2014. It looks like paypal is blocking the refund for unknown reason. Maybe glassesonline file a dispute against my refund request? Or maybe glassesonline claimed that I didnt return the sunglass?

What a nightmare buying from this website. Got fake sunglass, have to return the item at my own cost, very hard to get my refund.
