anyone has experience purchasing sunglasses from glassesonline.com.my? they claim the sunglasses are 100% genuine. i received my rayban aviator but it seems to be fake rayban. there are flaws everywhere at the box, case and the sunglass itself. anyone got experience like this?

i have emailed them asking to return the item and get my money back. just asking if anyone else have the similar experience with this website. because when i google around seems to have many positive testimonials from bloggers. maybe paid testimonials?

furthermore i have to wait about 3 weeks to get the sunglass which really convinced me that they are taking their stocks directly from italy

good to see someone from glassesonline replying here... i know rayban is manufactured by luxottica... can u pls look at my first post and tell me why there are so many flaws at the rayban i purchased from u? does it look 100% authentic to u?

i bought my first RB3025 about 2 years ago..

well maybe it's due to luxoticca QC as per your claim... but it is not acceptable to me.. i dont like "authentic sunglass" that does not meet the authentic quality ..i have sent email to info@glassesonline.com.my asking for return & refund... smile.gif

I have yet to receive my full refund after returning the sunglass to glassesonline on 3-12-2014. It looks like paypal is blocking the refund for unknown reason. Maybe glassesonline file a dispute against my refund request? Or maybe glassesonline claimed that I didnt return the sunglass?

What a nightmare buying from this website. Got fake sunglass, have to return the item at my own cost, very hard to get my refund.
