yea if want to play during prime time need to log in and stay from before 5pm.
if start queuing after 8 then most likely can only play at 11pm++.
but my playtime usually start at 1-2am so no queue for me.

im disappointed with NCT management and algorithm
better not to commit too much time on this server

Also, this server even 700+ queue only need less than 20mins. Sometimes non peak hour straight go in, maybe coz still new, but not as ridiculous as previous server that have 1000+ at first day release server.

*I'm using windows 8.1, no problem so far.
*For Chinese input, you must choose Traditional Chinese keyboard input, Simplified Chinese wont work.
I'm using Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan) Microsoft Bopomofo.
To use pinyin for this, go to language preference>choose this language>choose the "options" at left side>the pop up window will have 4 tabs, choose the last tab "Keyboard">Change the prefered keyboard layout (dropdown menu) from Standard to Hanyu Pinyin.

When using the keyboard, after you type the pinyin, press Enter, then press down arrow for further selection, if you want full selection at once, after down arrow press right arrow, then navigate and use number key to choose.
