I'm planning to move to TW server after finishing the content and understanding the gameplay for my FM on NA/EU. Currently at Lvl 32.

How is the ping? Can I get lower than 100ms with or w/o VPN?

If I patch the game to english all the game content will be in english? Including voice acting, subtitles and GUI?

if you are stay at Msia,SG or PH, yes its less than 100ms

the english patch atm are at 90% translated, the voice all in mandarin.

all items,quests,cinematics mostly translated already so no worries

How do you make purchase for VIP and stuffs? The procedure is in english or TW? There's only a guide for registration on the 1st post here

I check in MyCard webbie, I don't see top up for B&S unless it's oversea.
