I don't understand, premium member has to wait? So if there are 2k non premium, a premium member will be placed at 2001th position?

Check there, I can get 180~200ms which is mediocre, playable for PVE. Otherwise it always around 280~300ms.

I'm planning to move to TW server after finishing the content and understanding the gameplay for my FM on NA/EU. Currently at Lvl 32.

How is the ping? Can I get lower than 100ms with or w/o VPN?

If I patch the game to english all the game content will be in english? Including voice acting, subtitles and GUI?

I've decided to play both, since I'm almost there to end the chapters for BnS NA with my FM, I've decided to go TW to play more difficult class and low latency.

Yeah just do the main quest, it's not really that long. I will drop by once I have managed to play TW version. I'm just a newbie.

I figured out that the benefits of the Premium Membership doesn't give out Windwalk effect on this server?

Which one? BTW without VPN my ping to the server is 150ms. Had to turn on VPN to get 40~50

No I don't think can change server, I use Battleping around less than RM20/month ping less than 100 using HK server/node, but I can sense there are packet loss and spike during my gameplay, kinda unstable.
