Yes. Downpayment not an issue to me. But future roi a big concern.

1100 psf too expensive for a standalone in this area, i dont think this sentral suite can be considered as "integrated" with kl sentral

this Sentral at 1100psf ...with so many oil companies tumbling....left bangla here to rent ...can afford?

IMO.. Sentral suites is akin to like Segambut and MK...

Accessibility and geography wise SS is in brickfields however marketed as extension of KL Sentral with KL Sentral pricing.

Whether it will works... We shall see in 4years.
