this land is not really within kl sentral, quite a walking distance to kl sentral without covered walkway, v residence suite is going for around rm1100 psf for small units, expect the same or higher for this project

if the one bedder at sunway velocity can sell, this one should be able to do so, people renting are not necessarily working here, i know one expat working in cyberjaya but prefer to stay in kl sentral instead, everyday take that bus that goes directly from kl sentral to cyberjaya

i doubt mrcb can build a covered walkway from this sentral suite all the way to kl sentral, it's quite a distance away, this is really a brickfields property, not considered kl sentral property, separated by a wide road and near two schools
|

i doubt those shops can be demolished to make way for redevelopment if they are freehold, even opus have to be built behind those old shops instead of facing main road

sure this is the last piece of residential development? there is another empty piece of land currently used as parking near the sales gallery waiting for development

1100 psf too expensive for a standalone in this area, i dont think this sentral suite can be considered as "integrated" with kl sentral

compared to velloocity, this area is more matured, corporate offices are already there, but these are small units, somehow the expats that stayed in this area mostly bring family along and they like Little India a lot, so it does not matter much whether it is in kl sentral or opposite kl sentral

price per square feet is lower than velocity, i m not just comparing velocity itself but that entire area which is not really matured yet but is selling higher than sentral, actually this project has mixture of small and big units above 1000sf so can cater for many type of tenants, but it has 3 blocks, total of 1400+ units, 42 months to complete and APDL not obtained yet, maybe only opened for sale by year end, there is no bridge linking to shell building, this is more like a standalone project rather than an integrated development
