bad experience is...he found out that he cant even afford the cheapest phase 1 for SEH, which is 400k plus, as his shown in one of his thread his earning is 4k only, somemore in the thread, he said that earn 4k is consider not bad...

400k plus property, downpayment 40k plus, installment for 35 years about 1.7-1.8k plus...almost half of his salary oledy....he still need to eat, pump petro, buy present for girl friend...so cannot afford SEH, so become angry bear...

he expect SEH should launch at maximum 300k only....

i think got..sungai long launch a new soho suite, below 300k, but very small size la..faster go inform bear...hope he dun mind small size...

yalo, bear also need to stay positive la...positive thinking one day price will drop to the level that he can afford...must pray hard, stay positive...

or else bring girl friend gathering with old friends also no face, ppl all busy talking about renovate the house la, bear and his girlfriend just keep quiet

so sp setia can do even larger project planning, make huge roads, design larger scale on residential+commercial..

Yes, the more bear troll at here, actually mean he is very care and interested on this SEH....if u not interested on something, will u bother go and give comment? Somemore everyday give comment...

I think he really hope SEH can launch below 400k then he can be a proud owner, but too bad the launch price is the one he cant afford......eco majestic, he seldom troll at there, perhaps he know that totally no hope oledy as the phase 1 cheaper also close to 600k oledy....so when he know SEH phase 1 just slightly above 400k, he get so so so angry, because just slight beyond his affordability, and one more possibility is actually he went to queue on that day, but too bad action too slow, all kena sapu before his turn, so transform become angry bear....

everywhere he cannot afford also claimed as ghost town la...

mont kiara developed for near to 20 years, also around 60%-70% occupancy rate...also consider ghost town for him..

so what, price also never drop until the level he can afford what...

these ppl can categorize as below:

1. want to buy SEH but not afford, so keep trolling
2. want to buy SEH and queue for SEH phase 1 launch, but too bad sold out before the turn, so now come to forum with vegeance...
3. bought other properties before SEH launch and find out SEH is better, so miss the chance to own SEH, so come forum here kacau kacau...
4. competitor for SP SETIA, saw good sales for SEH, so very jealous, maybe some of his friends frm SP SETIA keep show off to him how high the commission, so very angry...

i also suggest u create a topic and close group to talk bad about SEH and continue 自己讲自己爽

at the end of the day....we still own the SEH and you are not

they must be loving SEH too much until come here everyday throw the rubbish comments over and over again...

semenyih also cant afford lo, still afford nearer to kl meh...low cost flat maybe can...worst case continue stay with PAMA old house lo...
