Take picture of the unit, and put the info on the notice board in the welcome center..

1.) to make this stupiak feel malu
2.) to indirectly tell people this unit no guard will jaga punya, welcome to pay them a visit...

Beside, impose more regulation to this selfish people, of course can allow he/she goes in and out (owner mah), but everytime in and out, must turun kereta and fill up forms loh...

Maybe can take pictures of the unit don't pay to share in the lyn thread too.. so more people know they don't pay maintenance fees...

No matter what other people say, if a person insist not to pay, then he/she will not pay one... Just like some troll here, if he already bias saying the project no good, no matter how people explain, he/she will just keep on condemn the project one...

In this world, what kind people also have one, and they won't change even though you say say he/she is selfish, irresponsible, shallow-minded etc... for them only "I don't want to pay"...

They can opt not to pay, is their freedom, but I think JMC will have some "innovative method" dealing with such people as well, freedom of JMC too..

Presint 1 SEH - individual title without DMC, SPS generous enough to set up the perimeter fencing and guard house for the resident. Examples of such development in vicinity: Villa Impiana Pelangi Semenyih, Rafflesia Pelangi Semenyih 2, Kajang 2, HillPark, Saujana Impian, Palm Walk 1,2 & 3, Taman Seri Sungai Long, majority of guarded housing in Mahkota Cheras & Bandar Tun Hussein Onn (too many already, can't remember), future Goodview Height and etc...

Presint 2 & 3 SEH - individual title with DMC, SPS shall set up perimeter fencing and guard house with CCTV. Example of such development in the vicinity: Saujana Villa, Twin Palm, Bukit Jade , country height (if not mistaken), Taming Mutiara etc.

Yes, we need to admit that jokers are everywhere and they can opt not to pay the maintenance fees. But these kind of jokers can be found in many other projects too. Many precedent projects show us that though with the existence of such jokers, the security service of the housing is still going well. In addition, I presume the JMC of SEH will try their best and practice the usual measures against those jokers, to ensure majority of the residents shall pay too. More importantly, I believe majority residents of SEH shall not be so thick face and selfish like somebody's friend lah.

Issue on non-paying maintenance fees is not an issue that only will happen in SEH, it happen everywhere and precedent project show us that security service shall be going as usual though with such jokers around (some measures shall be worked against on them for sure).

Don't be distracted by a troll with the bad intention and want to create a speculated uncomfortable scenario that seems like only will happen in SEH later, without any solid proof and evidence of course.

As I said many times, if Pelangi Semenyih 1 and 2 can get the guard house and perimeter fencing done, I really can't think of any reason why SEH cannot deal it with MPKJ.. We still have about one year to go before the VP. Things will become more clear a few months before the VP I presume, let's just wait and see. I strongly believe good news awaiting us..

Yes, even same type. I think it is reasonable, coz from the progress picture you already can see, some already painted, some are still in the stage of wall construction, that's why it is different I presume.

No bad, post tan sri time still manage to increase the revenue...

As we discuss before, all 3 MRT stations in Kajang are about 10 - 15 minutes away from SEH, Semenyih residents do have a choice..
