Look at the Life Auto Plaza along Jalan Loke Yew.... Now become Ghost Plaza already... So cannot buy property at the surrounding one... As a matter of fact, also cannot but property in Bukit Bintang one... As this ghost plaza also only about 3.5km to Bukit Bintang only....

Out of 70 units, about 49 - 50 units sold (one can't see clearly due to light reflection).. representing about 70% - 71% sale...

The highest price units of second phase 20 x 70 - Bartonia..

Out of 72 units available, about 35 units are sold, representing about 49% of sale...

No doubt, sales is picking up fast if compare to that 1 month ago...

Joker know nothing about sales, joker only know ghost town, far, jam and zero occupancy....

While joker sing the song far, jam, zero occupancy and ghost town, SEH phase 2 already sold another extra 200 units (saraca + Begonia + Bellucia + Bartonia)... Take only 600k as average, that's another 120 million sales already....

Yeah, precisely.. the last row facing the apartment shall be less privacy too.. that's why sales abit low..

For a phase 2 units, I presume the sales already reasonably good... There will be a boost again after the Ecohill link ready, coz the potential buyer shall see SEH in a total different connectivity - direct access from highway and skip those jam, narrow trunk road along Jalan Semenyih...

Superlink already open for registration..

Starting from 700k for smaller unit and 800k for bigger unit...

Superlink shall be closer to STP for sure, but the land has been elevated higher than STP and there will be a lake separating the STP to the superlink... The bigger units are closer to the lake...

Yes TKJ, yesterday when I passed by SEH, clearly saw some piling machines already started work beside the show houses...

That's the piling done for all the 20 x 70 units for sure...

Saraca units piling has been started for quite some time already...

Super efficient...

TKJ, this is a wise move, otherwise every time purchaser asking about the show units, then being told it is sold out... reduce disappointment also...

Choo gor, it seems like they are adding in more park structure into Presint 2 and 3, such as the giant slide...

I think it is a space for the kids to do skating (just guessing)... within the park inside presint 2 & 3....
