While joker sing the song far, jam, zero occupancy and ghost town, SEH phase 2 already sold another extra 200 units (saraca + Begonia + Bellucia + Bartonia)... Take only 600k as average, that's another 120 million sales already....

Superlink shall be closer to STP for sure, but the land has been elevated higher than STP and there will be a lake separating the STP to the superlink... The bigger units are closer to the lake...

Samkor, what's the dimension for the superlink? For superlink, I think the width should not be lesser than 24'.
