Plaza Rakyat is an abandon project, so don't buy any project in its surrounding, such as Robertson. As a matter of fact, don't buy any project in KLCC too, coz it is just within 5km from this abandon project... tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

dun buy sri hartamas property as well..there is a abandon condo project at there call "matahari luxury condo"..really ghost town...

dun buy those mahkota cheras also...a lot of bungalow abandon at seksyen 6 and taman desa permai there..like ghost town

dun buy setia alam also...nearby kampung meru got lot of kampung houses nobody stay...

dun buy mont kiara/klcc also...the condos there mostly maximum 60% occupancy rate only..ghost town..

Samkps gor..not only this one...check on the occupancy rate for those condos surrounding klcc park...all ghost town la...so according to jokers theory...this place is ghost town....cannot buy and stay de...but the price never drop to the level they can afford..so joker remain as joker... biggrin.gif

Look at the Life Auto Plaza along Jalan Loke Yew.... Now become Ghost Plaza already... So cannot buy property at the surrounding one... As a matter of fact, also cannot but property in Bukit Bintang one... As this ghost plaza also only about 3.5km to Bukit Bintang only.... tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

This is sales chart for Begonia units, the cheapest of 20 x 70 second phase..

Out of 70 units, about 49 - 50 units sold (one can't see clearly due to light reflection).. representing about 70% - 71% sale... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
