I think both are different products and different time period. Panorama is already a completed project whereas Sky Awani is an upcoming lifestyle project that caters to would-be homeowners and stayers and is restrictive for 10 years.

SKY AWANI can be compared with those undercon like Maxim or Bayu... but i guess both sold out (not sure)

Who and how is the screening being done? By developer or DBKL or other authorities?

8. Head of household is eligible to only one unit of RUMAWIP.
9. Owning a larger unit of affordable home is only permitted provided older unit is sold at a controlled price agreed by the authority.

Can the purchaser put Single name? But the home loan put 2 name?  because need to fulfill item No4

in my view :

1) the KL CityLights next door is also how many floors already..No KLCC view at all....
only view you could see is Batu caves provided Panorama sentul is not blocking it 

2) price mmg awesome.......but T&C....hurmmm.mmg utk own stay 
this one is more like PR1MA in my opinion 

3) location wise    go out 7-8am, straigt away jam. from there to Petronas is about 30minutes.if wanna uTurn, there in Petron ...u can imagine 

4) the road instead of 2lanes......needs to be 3lanes already........

5) not far from this place is the Bicycle route Dataran-BatuCaves.....next to the PPR batu is nearest to this project..below 1km.....

Just a note. Please visit the site before making decisions. There are high tension cable nearby. Other than that, I would think this is a good place to buy.

Looking at the floor plan there is missing sector. Not good Feng Shui.

PTLM was appointed as facilitator (vetting documents) by developer way back since Dec 2014. Of coz now got many agents selling as developer need to achieve their sales target.
