I'm looking for this condo, tempting to get it..and I met all the criteria mentioned..

However, there are some questions I would like to ask before make decision..

1. Is this developer ok? Reliable?
2. Tower B still available?
3. Developer unit doesn't need to go through DBKL? As the agent told me, its developer unit..is this mean if I pay RM15k booking, confirm can get the unit?
